Creating a website homepage (on paper)!
Activity
Today we will discuss a website homepage - specifically the website address and the importance of getting these right! We will then create our own homepages (on paper), making sure to fill in the website address (we make these up!), and the taskbar always on display when we are on the internet. These will be posted outside of the classroom and will come home next week.
Assessment
Students will be assessed on the following:
Insertion of website address in the appropriate location
Use of www._.com as the address
Insertion of taskbar with icons at the bottom of the page.
